Key Responsibilities
System & Server Support
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining Linux (Ubuntu) servers
- Support in basic server setup, configuration, and deployments
- Help in managing web servers like Apache and Nginx
Application Deployment
- Assist in deploying applications in staging and production environments
- Work with the team to manage application performance and uptime
Database Support
- Support basic operations for MySQL and PostgreSQL databases
- Assist in backup and monitoring activities
Cloud & Infrastructure
- Assist in managing cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Digital Ocean)
- Learn to configure domains, DNS, and SSL certificates
- Support in maintaining staging and production environments
Automation & CI/CD
- Learn and assist in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
- Support automation tasks using shell scripting
- Get exposure to Docker and container-based deployments
Monitoring & Troubleshooting
- Monitor logs and system alerts under guidance
- Assist in identifying and troubleshooting basic issues
- Maintain documentation for tasks and processes
Security Basics
- Learn and assist in implementing basic server security practices
- Support SSL setup and system updates
