Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant who can lead client engagements end to end, from understanding business needs to delivering scalable Odoo solutions.
This role requires a strong mix of business consulting, functional expertise, and client communication.
What You Will Do
- Work closely with clients to understand business processes and translate them into effective Odoo solutions
- Lead requirement discussions, process mapping, and solution design
- Configure Odoo modules aligned with client workflows and best practices
- Identify gaps and define functional requirements for customizations
- Collaborate with technical teams to deliver high quality solutions
- Support data migration, testing, and go live activities
- Conduct client training and ensure smooth user adoption
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Support pre sales discussions and solution demonstrations
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in Odoo functional consulting
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and MRP
- Experience handling end-to-end Odoo implementations
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Exposure to data migration, UAT, and go-live processes
