Role Overview
We are looking for a Techno-Functional Odoo Consultant who can bridge business requirements with technical execution.
This role combines functional consulting with a solid understanding of Odoo’s technical architecture, enabling you to contribute across solution design, configuration, and development coordination.
What You Will Do
- Work with clients to understand business processes and translate them into Odoo solutions
- Lead requirement discussions, process mapping, and solution design
- Configure Odoo modules aligned with business workflows
- Perform gap analysis and define functional and technical requirements
- Collaborate closely with developers and contribute to solution design decisions
- Participate in or guide development tasks such as basic customizations, debugging, or module enhancements
- Support data migration, testing, and go-live activities
- Conduct client training and ensure smooth user adoption
- Act as a key point of coordination between functional and technical teams
- Support pre sales discussions with solution inputs and feasibility insights
What We Are Looking For
- 4 to 8+ years of experience in Odoo consulting with exposure to both functional and technical areas
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules such as Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting, and MRP
- Working knowledge of Odoo framework, including models, views, workflows, and security
- Basic to intermediate understanding of Python and Odoo development concepts
- Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
- Experience working with cross functional teams
