Job Summary:
The Email Marketer will be responsible for creating and executing email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and retention. This role requires a strong understanding of email marketing best practices and the ability to analyze campaign performance metrics.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute email campaigns and nurture workflows for IT service offerings.
- Work with sales managers to understand the business case and assist in developing mail campaign strategy.
- Work closely with the demand generation and database management team to identify opportunities to increase lead performance and database performance through email.
- Build segmentation and personalisation strategies for B2B decision-makers (CIO, CTO, IT heads, procurement, etc.).
- Drive lead generation using frameworks like lead scoring, MQL/SQL criteria, and funnel optimisation.
- Use tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Mailchimp.
- Track KPIs (open rate, CTR, MQLs, SQLs, conversions) and run A/B tests.
- Collaborate with sales and content teams to align messaging with IT service offerings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
