● Odoo Experience - 3+ year
● Communication - Intermediate to Advanced
● Edu. Qualification - B.E. in I.T. or C.S. / B.C.A. - M.C.A, B.Sc., M.Sc. IT,
Must Have:
- Strong communication skills for both internal and external client interactions
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Ability to gather and analyze requirements directly from clients and translate them into technical/functional specifications
- Strong decision-making abilities, troubleshooting expertise, and problem-solving skills
- Client-focused approach and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively within a team
- Knowledge of coding standards as per FLAKE8 & PEP-8
Preferable:
- Functional and technical knowledge of key Odoo modules: Accounting, Sales, Purchases, MRP, Point of Sale, Inventory, Manufacturing, Ecommerce, Website, HR, Fleet Management.
- Experience with database or module migration
- Knowledge of Odoo frontend (Website, POS, field widgets)
- Experience with server setup for Odoo across hosting platforms such as AWS, Linode, DigitalOcean, etc.
